I'm Baaack!

Yes, I'm back to my blog for my audience of one--myself. I had every intention of doing this regularly when I started again last summer but blogging the trip just became exhausting and well, that was the end of it. So here I am again, with yet another attempt, if, for no other reason, then to exercise proper use of a comma, hopefully.

Again, no real audience for this but I'll do a short re-cap of the last 10 months just for my own record-keeping and peace of mind.

We ate a lot on our August New York trip, came back, didn't go anywhere until Christmas when we were back in New York, and then a week later did another weekend trip. Three weeks after that and two weeks after our year of living together anniversary, Sam and I got engaged! Yup. Three years and two months in the making, but it happened. Two and half months after that I was on a plane with 14 other girls headed to Cabo San Lucas for Kat's bachelorette trip, then Sam turned 30, and this past weekend was spent in wine country for Kat and Rich's wedding. Those are pretty much the  highlights. I won't bother with the low points.

So now here I am, starting my blog up with nothing spectacular to write about. I've been toying with the idea of starting a wedding blog and also a baking/cupcakes/desserts blog, but so far I haven't really proven to be very good with just the one.  I guess I'll just have to start slow and see how it goes... baby steps as always... Until the next time..
